2005 Awards Banquet
The 2005 Icers Awards Banquet (29th annual) was held at Toftrees on April 2nd, 2005.
Here is a list of the award winners:

2004 Icers Booster Club Service Award: Dick Harpster
After the awards there were three 2004-2005 Honorable Mention All-Americans
from Penn State, who are the following:
Forward Sr. #13 Mike Carrano Penn State University
Goalie Jr. #1 Paul Mammola Penn State University
Defense Fr. #3 Keith Jordan Penn State University
Nominees for ACHA Division I Academic All-America were Brendan Martin and
Greg Windsor. A nominee and finalist for ACHA Division Player of the Year
was Kevin Jaeger. Keith Jordan was a finalist for ACHA Rookie of the Year.
The 2004-2005 Icers Season had a season record of 26-7-3 . Kevin Jaeger had
career records this season with 134 goals and 14 short handed goals. Seniors this year are Mike Carrano
(Engineering), Garret Divins (Crime, Law & Justice), Eric Harbaugh (Crime,
Law & Justice), Kevin Jaeger (Mechanical Engineering), Joe Maglaque (Economics), Chris Rome (Hotel,
Restaurant and Institutional Management), and Greg Windsor (Finance). The
overall senior record is 119-17-5; with
two Championships and two second place positions in the last four ACHA Division
I National Tournaments.

2005 Alumni Weekend
The 2005 Alumni Banquet was held at the Nittany Lion Inn on February 5th. This year's
inductees were Icers John Surma (class of ’76), John Grainda (class of‘81) and
our current Head Coach Joe Battista (Class of ’82).
There were some noteworthy anniversaries this year - the 5th Anniversary of the
2000 ACHA National Championship, 15th Anniversary of the 1990 National
Championship Team, and the 25th Anniversary of the 1980 MACHC Season and
Playoff Champions.
During the second period intermission at the Delaware-PSU game Saturday the
1980, 1990, and 2000 teams were honored on the ice. The annual Alumni Game was
held following that game.

Icers merchandise it still available even during the off-season thru mail order. The merchandise page is updated throughout the year, and there is also a catalog you can download as a PDF file. Any questions on ordering merchandise can be emailed to merchandise@icersboosterclub.org.

Summer Merchandise Sales
Volunteers
The Icers Booster Club is looking for volunteers who can help out with merchandise
sales this summer at PSU hockey camps. People will need to be available on
Sundays
and/or Fridays during the camps. If you can volunteer, please contact IBC
President Maxine Schollenberger at mis1@psu.edu or (814)466-7501.
Expected dates are June 19, June 24, July 10, July 15, July 17, July 22, July
24, July 29, July 31, August 5, August 7, and August 12

Meetings
Icers Booster Club meetings are still going on throughout the summer! For the
next meeting, check out the web site. Meetings are usually held once a month at
the "Hockey Lounge" in the East Area Locker Room (EALR) building.
This building is located near the ice rink.
