The Booster Club’s main tasks are to:

1: create and foster fan enthusiasm for the winning tradition of the Penn State Icers Hockey Club;

2: establish and sustain communication with current and former Icers’ players and their families;

3: assist in the purchase of the best and most modern sports equipment for outfitting the Penn State Icers;

4: provide additional monies for travel expenses when the Penn State Icers travel to regional and national competitions;

5: make available academic tutors to maintain and enhance the outstanding scholarship of the Penn State Icers team;

6: contribute to the funds for paying expenses of assistant coaches and other support personnel who work to improve the Penn State Icers both as a team and as individuals.
